In recognition of the BRAG Ann Arbor's 50th anniversary in 2006, the members of the Builders & Remodelers Association of Greater Ann Arbor Foundation started a community service initiative called the House of Dreams. We had over 100 members support the project with labor, materials, and funding.  The beautiful, brand new home in West Ridge of Dexter had all the net proceeds from the sale of the house donated to local community charities. The house was constructed through contributions from BRAG Ann Arbor members and the community at large.

“The House of Dreams was a great way for members of the BRAG Ann Arbor and the residential construction industry to collectively contribute back to the community that all of us live and work in,” according to 2005 BRAG Ann Arbor President David Rhoads.
