Through the Remodelers Council we offer you a choice of the best professionals in the remodeling business. All members of the Council are members in good standing of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Ann Arbor. This means they have fulfilled the following requirements:

Members must be fully licensed by the State of Michigan
Members must be in business a minimum of one year
Members must provide at least 4 favorable references

Members must provide certificates of insurance for each of the following:

Workers Compensation
Manufacturers and Contractors Liability
Independent Contractors Coverage (as appropriate)
Products or Completed Operations (as appropriate)
