About the Project

Willow Building Company along with
architect Keith Fineberg designed and
built the addition to this Polo Fields
home. The addition houses an expanded
eating area, family room, and a first floor
bedroom and bath. Previously the existing
spaces were confining and dark. A massive
corner fireplace further compromised the
space. Six feet was added to the eating
area and family room. New window
configurations and skylights bring these
rooms to life. The fireplace was relocated
allowing for built-in book shelves and an entertainment center. The bedroom and
bath is artfully tucked in beside the family
room.
