Phase 1 of a 2-phase project designed
and built by Giraffe Design Build included
a 2 story addition with expanded kitchen,
powder room, pantry and custom
shelving on the main floor. Complete
window replacement as well as the
shell for a future 2nd floor master
bedroom and bath suite was
accomplished.
Throughout the project, careful attention
was placed on seamlessly replicating
the existing style of this charming Old
West Side house.
