This project is a remodel/addition
of a 19th century house near Kerrytown. As the first LEED
(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum remodel in Michigan, this is one of the Greenest homes
in the nation. Designed for avid bicyclists, this home blends classic Federal period styling on the
exterior with 21st century design
and materials on the inside.
A collaboration between the homeowners, Architectural Resource and Meadowlark Builders, this is
truly a one-of-a-kind house.
