About the Project
The addition and interior changes to
this historic home were designed to
improve the family’s living environment
without compromising the architecture
of the house. Several interior walls were
changed to accommodate the kitchen
and bathroom updates while the addition
provided a family room and larger bedroom.
HSA is a construction company specializing in additions and remodels since 1985 with a cadre of well trained specialists led by David Rhoads. David has two national certifications, Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and Aging in Place specialist (CAPS) and is often asked to share his expertise with other groups.
