About the Project
This two story colonial originally built in
1931 offered great potential but needed
a major overhaul to highlight its curb
appeal and increase living space without
compromising character.
Renovations included: Improved energy
efficiency with new windows, mechanical
systems and open cell foam insulation,
structural repairs to the foundation,
rebuilding the roof to create a 3rd floor flex
space and a two story custom addition
including kitchen/family room and master
suite. New landscaping by Terrafirma
completed the renovation.
CB Custom Homes and Paul Bertin of
ArchiDes Inc. have successfully captured
the charm of this home while updating its
interior flow and energy efficiency to the
standards of today’s living.
