About the Project We restored, expanded and renovated this 1925 Craftsman Bungalow, recreating the beauty of this era without sacrificing modern conveniences. We accomplished this with a 2 story 600 sq ft addition, including a full basement, updating the electrical, plumbing, mechanicals and Andersen low-e windows in the entire home.
The highlights of the first floor: spacious laundry room, tiled mudroom with built-in storage, custom office and a classic bungalow bath. We united family and function by creating a period appropriate kitchen with an island breakfast bar, recycled fireclay tile backsplash, and custom cabinetry.
The second floor master suite was tailored to the homeowners’ needs while maintaining the original craftsman style. This old house is a must see!
