About the Project This value-minded and growing family felt the need for more space and a new, updated kitchen. With the help of architect Mary Kalmes, we were able to meet their needs and stay within their budget with this kitchen/family room addition. The new kitchen design makes creative use of the space by incorporating a new breakfast bar as it opens into the adjacent family room. In the kitchen our homeowners carefully selected the new Aristokraft Nantucket cabinets in Antique, Black Gold granite counter tops and back splash, and stainless steel appliances.
