Community Involvement
Custom Builders Lend Efforts to the "House of Dreams"
Several Custom Builders Council members have donated materials, labor, and expertise to the BRAG Ann Arbor's charity benefitting House of Dreams. Former CBC co-chairs Tom Germain (Germain Building Company) and Steve Berger (BRG Custom Homes) strongly urged their members to get involved. As Tom states, "I can't think of a better way our members can give back to the community, than by helping to provide affordable homes for deserving families, directly from our efforts." For their part, Germain and Berger donated the trim labor on the project.

In addition to our membership meetings, council meetings, and public and private events, we offer meeting on the national level as well. Custom Builders should consider joining a NAHB Builder 20 Club.
