The Washtenaw Remodelers Council is the premiere organization of Washtenaw County remodeling professionals. Each year the WRC organizes the Remodelers Home Tour, an event that highlights the newest trends and highest quality remodeling craftsmanship in local remodeling. Developers, builders and associates are all active participants in the BRAG Ann Arbor
Land Development Council. Monthly meetings tackle important land use and development

Committees
Built Green Washtenaw
Promotes the use of building products, services and techniques that encourage energy efficiency and conservation of resources. this chapter is affiliated with Green Built Michigan and encourages members to build green using NAHB's model green home building guidelines. Education
Provides educational programs to benefit the entire membership. For a list of current class offerings,

Legal & Political Affairs
Monitors laws affecting the housing and building industry on a national, state, and local level. Also oversees

Membership
Develops membership incentive programs to enhance Association growth through recruitment and

Public Relations and Marketing
Develops positive public relation pieces and campaigns for advocating the Ann Arbor area and the surrounding communities in Washtenaw County. Board of Directors
Members committed to the building industry and to our community serve on our Board of Directors,
